Feel better but not 100% sold its working

Have been taking NMN and resveratrol for 6mths now, still have not made up my mind if it's working or not

I’m not sure yet. Some days I feel a difference. When I first took agemate alone some time ago I definitely felt a change. I had a break as I was unwell. Having gone back I’ve added nmn so far, taking some time to respond. I’ll continue hopefully getting the expected result. Thank you.
